What is the return policy?
All designer pieces are final sale, they’re custom-made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For other items:
-Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
-Only one-time exchange allowed.
-Report damaged, defective, or wrong items within 7 days.
-Post-wash issues? Report within 30 days.
-Self-ship required if you're in a non-serviceable area (₹300 max via Speed Post).
-Refunds take 6–8 working days after approval.
-Do not accept tampered packages or share OTP unless the item is received.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all designer pieces are final sale. These items are custom-made exclusively for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the order is placed.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be delivered within 8–10 days from the date of purchase. Any unexpected delays will be personally communicated to you by our team.
Where are your products manufactured?
We take pride in our diverse supply chain, sourcing materials from across India and currently manufacturing in Ahmedabad.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat ₹80 shipping fee on all orders within India.
